Background
Sarah Skelly is a Manager with the Transition Strategy and Execution team, where she supports corporate clients in the creation, implementation, and growth of their climate transition plans in alignment with their business priorities.
Prior to joining Earth Finance, Sarah was the North America Senior Manager of Sustainability at L’Occitane en Provence, where she was responsible for developing and executing the sustainability strategy for the region. Her provinces included carbon scopes 1, 2, and 3, circularity and waste management, and energy and environmental management for an expansive retail portfolio. She managed ESG and CSRD reporting requirements and supported the development of new policies and governance to strengthen the climate transition across the business.
Sarah is adept at navigating the complexities of establishing an impactful sustainability strategy in support of business profitability and growth. In addition to her sustainability work, Sarah was a founding member of the L’OCCITANE Group’s global B Corp leaders’ team and managed the B Corp certification and ongoing recertification process for the North America business.
Sarah received her B.A. in History and Peace Studies from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is happiest outdoors and loves gardening, going on hikes, and biking around Philadelphia on her electric cargo bike with her two children.
