Background
Fritz is an environmental engineer, attorney, and water policy expert. He practices as an environmental and natural resources attorney assisting clients in a variety of matters, including environmental compliance and litigation under the Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). Previously, Fritz was Chief Strategy Officer at Water Foundry and a Director of the Eagle River Watershed Council in the Vail Valley of Colorado. He is an adjunct professor of environmental law at the University of Denver Department of Geography and Environment.
