Background
Elise Lasky is a Senior Manager at Earth Finance where she focuses on sustainability and decarbonization strategies across the retail, energy, and public sectors.
Prior to Earth Finance, Elise worked at Point B in the ESG and Social Impact practice. While at Point B she engaged with clients to develop governance frameworks in order to successfully implement organizational sustainability strategies. She also supported and led the development and implementation of a global energy strategy. Before Point B, Elise worked as a Fellow at the Port of Seattle on the Maritime Sustainability team. Projects that she supported included developing the Port's Maritime Climate and Air Action Plan, the Northwest Ports Clean Air Strategy, the Port's Equity Index, and an equitable community engagement strategy.
Outside of work, Elise spends her time volunteering with Seattle Global Shapers, a project of the World Economic Forum. The Global Shapers community is a network of young people under the age of 30 working together to address local, regional, and global challenges. She has led multiple climate justice focused projects for the Seattle chapter.
Elise graduated from the University of Washington with dual Masters in Marine Affairs and Public Administration and from Trinity College with a B.S. in Biology.
